Return and Refund Policy
Our policy lasts 14 days. Returns are eligible refunds/exchanges only within 14 days of delivery date. If 14 days have gone by since date of delivery, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund.
Contact us immediately if you receive damaged items or non-damaged items with wrong specifications. Once we ascertain the damage or mistake, we will endeavor to pick up the product from you.
Upon receipt of the product, we immediately commence processing for your full refund. It may take a few days to ascertain your order and the original method of payment. You will receive communication from us once we send the funds back to your account.
To kick-start the return process you are required to provide us with the details of the order and receipt number (This is further explained in the next section labeled Return Address.
Only products accompanied by the original receipt will be considered for a refund.
All items to be returned will be sent to our warehouse
Once we receive the package, please allow 3-10 working days for the credit reflected your account.
The customer has to contact us first and ask us for an RMA number, and returns must come with an RMA number for identification.ddl
The customer is also responsible for packaging the item as originally packaged upon receiving it. We might not issue the full refund the package doesn't arrive properly.
All returned items must not be used.
Please make sure that the item/s are packed properly. Any items that are not in original condition, is damaged or missing parts in transition, may not be accepted for return or granted a partial refund only.
DAMAGED ITEMS & Shipping Mistakes
Damaged items must be reported within 3 days of receiving your item. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
First thing, the customer has to send us clear photos of the damaged item or the shipping mistake and a proof of your order.
Then the customer has an option to request a full refund, or resend the item.
If we are to issue you a refund on an order, you should receive an e-mail directly from PayPal confirming this.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your PayPal account again. Please be on top of this if a refund should be issued, If you’ve done this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com and we can look into it for you!
